Prices and Payment

 

 All prices are in US dollar. No sales tax is charged as product is shipped from outside the United States.  Shipping cost is in addition to the price of the item.  Payments are processed by Worldpay for Mastercard and Visa Credit Card payments. Payments can also be processed by PayPal a worldwide online payment provider which allows us to accept all major credit cards. Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 Business Days.

Some credit card providers charge their customer a foreign transaction fee, usually between 1 to 2%.  This charge is your responsibility. You may want to check with them prior to purchase.

Prices are subject to change without any notice.

Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Orders are shipped International Air Mail. Delivery times is usually within 5 to 12 Business Days from date of dispatch, and may take longer if shipping is to Hawaii and Alaska.  If your order has not arrived within 14 Business Days email us at support@vidalspets.com and we will replace free of charge. Be sure to quote your order number in the subject field.

Other Fees

 

 All local taxes, customs duties and other government fees and charges imposed on any products your purchase or on your purchase are your responsibility.

Coupons

 From time to time coupons are offered by Vidals Pets, and only ONE coupon code is redeemable for each order.

Ordering

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Finalize Order", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

Cancellation/Returns

Your order can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped. As orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 Business Days from payment confirmation, to email support@vidalspets.com immediately. A refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of request. If order has been shipped, you may Return the items unopened  and in original condition for a full refund of the product. A refund (less shipping cost) will be issued upon receipt of the products. Please allow 5 to 12 Business Days to return the items back to us. You must  email support@vidalspets.com for all cancellation and returns requests and be sure to quote your order number.

Unopened items in original condition may be returned at customer's own cost within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Policy

In support of our Cancellation and Returns Policy, we will refund product cost (shipping cost excluded) returned that is unopened and in original condition upon receipt of the items returned.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We guarantee product delivery, so if your order fail to arrive in 14 Business Days (except Hawaii and Alaska: after 16 Business Days) from dispatch date email support@vidalspets.com and we will replace the items free of charge.
  • If the product purchased has been damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged items free of charge. Email support@vidalspets.com.
  • If product is not working, we will replace the product free of charge or refund product cost. This offer excludes any other associated costs nor do we cover medical costs. Email support@vidalspets.com to make the claim. Here are the rules.
    • The offer does not apply to households with 6 or more animals.
    • This applies only to purchases made in the last 12 months and must have used the full dose of product for 3 or 6 months consecutive. Proof of purchase is required.

General Disclaimer

Except as set our in these terms and conditions and our Satisfaction Guarantee, we accept no liability for the contents of this website or any products sold.  Our liability for any product which is defective or causes loss or damage of any kind is limited to the cost of product or the provision of a replacement.

The pet products for sale are sourced from Australia and approved for sale here. Pet products supplied by Vidals Pets may not be approved for sale in your country by the relevant regulatory authorities or may not be approved for sale in their Australian packaging. All of the products supplied by Vidals Pets do not require a prescription, but some products may require a prescription in your country. Vidals Pets recommends that you check with your regulatory authorities in your country and/or your veterinarian if you have any inquiries.
