How to Order

Ordering is easy.

All you need to do is browse through the shop, and when you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on Add to Basket. This will automatically add to your Shopping Basket.

To change quantity, simply change the quantity in quantity box, then click on Update Button to submit.

You will find your Shopping Basket on the right hand side of the page. This way you can keep track of all your shopping. 

Where do I enter coupon code?

Shopping Basket.

Enter coupon code in Coupon Code Box, then click Redeem once.  This will update your Shopping Basket with the discount.  This step must be done before Checkout.

Do I have to register?

No.

Why should I register?

Registering with Vidals Pets before placing an order, allows you to track your order status. And next time, you do not need to enter all your details again.

What if I already have an Account?

You may sign in at any time during browsing to dispay your current details. If all details are correct, you will skip the Address Details page and direct you to the Order Confirmation Page.

How do I register?

All you need to do is click on the Register Button once to open page. The Register Button can be found on the right hand side of the page below the Shopping Basket. Enter the details and follow instructions. Upon completion you will receive an email to confirm registration. Once registered you can manage your account, change details as required and tracking order status.
