Vidals Pets is committed to:

 

  • Product delivery guaranteed: if for whatever reason your order is not received within a reasonable timeframe, we will reship immediately free of charge.

  • Product damaged in transit: we will replace the damaged items free of charge. Email support@vidalspets.com. Be sure to quote order number.

  • Product not working:

    1. We will replace the product free of charge or refund product costs. This offers excludes any other associated costs nor do we cover medical costs. Email support@vidalspets.com to make the claim. Here are the rules.

      1. The offer does not apply to households with 6 or more animals.

      2. This applies only to purchases made in the last 12 months and must have used the full dose of product for 3 or 6 months consecutive. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Product 100% not counterfeit:

    1. Here at Vidals Pets we supply you products at the best possible prices. We do this by selling you products from Australia. For this reason the packaging of the products may be different to those sold in the US.

    2. Be assured that the products are exactly the same as those in the US and are made by same manufacturers and factories as the product sold in the US. The products are sold in the Australian version packaging therefore the weights are in kilograms instead of pounds.

    3. All Frontline Plus made by Merial and sold throughout the world are manufactured in Lyon, France. All Advantage made by Bayer and sold throughout the world is manufactured in the one factory in Germany. All the vials are made exactly the same and stamped with the appropriate regulatory information in accordance to the market it is being sold to.

    4. Vidals Pets buys from approved distributors in Australia.
